This document will help you using PDFZone - The smart document extractor.
What can I do with PDFZone?
Automation with your PDF documents:
- Automatically extract data from your PDF documents, from predefined zones!
- Automatically rename your PDF documents based on their content!
For example, you can automatically extract the amount billed by your electricity, water and telecom providers from your last 100 invoices. Then import the data in Excel or any other software and plot the data, perform calculation, …, or ask PDFZone to rename your PDF documents for you.
How does it work?
By defining :
- What to extract (in the example: the amount billed)
- The zone where to extract (in the example: define the zone for your electricity provider, water provider and telecom provider)
Then by selecting all the files you want to extract from, PDFZone does the rest.
